Registration & Participation
The registration for FPL 2025 is only possible via the online registration platform. The early bird registration deadline is 4 July 2025. Please see below the Author Registration Requirement and the Participant Registration Fees. Please note that the Registration Fees are not refundable.
Author Registration Requirements:
- Each accepted long or short paper must be accompanied by at least one Full Conference Registration, i.e., two full conference registrations are needed for two accepted papers, e.g., from the main author or a co-author of the paper.
- At least one author of each PhD forum or Demo abstract is required to register. In case the registered author is a student, then Student Conference Registration is sufficient, otherwise a Full Conference Registration is required.
- At least one author of each Workshop or Tutorial presentation is required to complete the Full Workshop/Tutorial Registration.
- Each speaker at the Industrial Event or Collaborative Projects sessions is required to complete the Full Conference Registration. Exceptions are made for conference sponsors only!
