Call for Participation in the FPL Industrial Event

The 35th International Conference on Field-Programmable Logic and Applications (FPL 2025, https://2025.fpl.org/) will be held in Leiden, Netherlands, from September 1-5, 2025. We are soliciting proposals to participate in the FPL Industrial Event, which will take place between September 3rd and 5th, 2025.

Theme: Field-programmable logic and reconfigurable computing in the era of domain-specific accelerators.

The FPL 2025 Industrial event is suited for industry participants active or interested in hardware acceleration. This includes both companies that own applications and are interested in accelerating them with reconfigurable computing, as well as companies that provide acceleration solutions and are interested in applying them to new applications. In both cases, this event is an excellent occasion to present their activities, find new opportunities for collaborations, and expand their scope in the use of reconfigurable computing.

The industrial event will provide a forum for industry participants to pitch their1 applications or acceleration technologies and space for a demo on their products, during the Demo Night session, which will take place on the first day of the conference (Sept. 3, 2025). The participants of the industrial event will have the opportunity to mingle and interact with each other and with other conference participants.

Industry representatives who are interested in participating in the event with a presentation and /or a demo are invited to submit a short title and summary (up to 250 words) of what they would like to present by email to both FPL 2025 Industrial Event Chairs with subject: “FPL2025 Industrial Event Submission”. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt within 72 hours, please resend your email or contact one of the chairs directly.

FPL Industrial Event submission should include:

  • Affiliation
  • Presenters’ name(s)
  • Type: Presentation/Demo/both
  • Short title
  • Summary (up to 250 words)
  • Equipment requirements2. Describe any additional requests you may have regarding particular equipment or space setup for the demo. For instance: power requirements, demo space, additional hardware, monitors, etc.

The deadline to submit proposals is June 16, 2025 (AoE).
Notification of acceptance: June 27, 2025 (AoE).
